Details: Near the Lake - Viewing Pavilion built in the Tang Dynasty more than l,000 years ago, a pavilion for storing imperial books was put up in 1699, during the reign of the Qing Emperor Kangxi. In front of the latter, an open-air terrace jutting into the lake almost at the same level as the lake surface, has the name "Autumn Moon on Calm Lake".
